This was the first time I had any work done at a dealership and it was overwhelmingly delightful. You took all the fear out of the repair work. You were kind and understanding when we started the process and you never stopped caring for me needs. You dealt directly with my insurance company, (saving me stress). You provided me with a car to drive while mine was getting repaired and you were very exact about how long it would take and how much money we would need to get the job done. I cannot thank you enough nor say enough good about you. I was scared and you took the time to calm me down, even showing me how to use the wipers and signals on the rental. My car looks so good. WOW and thank you.

My appointment went well. The inspection & the undercoating were great. Fast & thorough service was great.
